Balcony on 2nd floor needs repair and painting. MUST be a certified lead based painter. I’ll provide paint & plastic tarps for ground coverage. I want you to provide ladder, paint brushes & any other painting supplies to finish job. I’ll purchase wood, but you need to have tools to cut & install wood. You’ll be paid once project is done. Two coats of paint are required. It’s a very small balcony: about 7x6-8 feet. If you want to suggest a different amount you wish to be paid, let me know. Secondary project: I have a bathroom ceiling that needs drywall repair. Plz let me know if you're interested in this job. You'll be required to sign a non-liability contract prior to starting job.
