Faith Fair on the Square

Description

This year marks the 4th annual event held at Clayton’s Town Square. With the help of Clayton Parks and Recreation, and Ragland Productions, activities for the children will include inflatables, yard games, relay races and so many other things. There will be a music stage set up that will feature community groups entertaining the event goers throughout the afternoon. Pastor Addie Rawls will serve as mistress of ceremonies for the afternoon. Other churches participating include Mt Vernon Christian Church, Hocutt Memorial Baptist Church, Amelia Christian Church, Greater Heights Methodist Church, Christ Community Methodist Church and New Generations Christian Church. The event is FREE to attend and hot dog, chips, dessert and drink will be available at no cost. Another intent of this event is to support Clayton Area Ministries (CAM), the Smithfield Rescue Mission and With Love From Jesus Ministries with canned food and financial donations. Youth from all congregations will help with this event by greeting people, serving food/drinks, cleaning up tables as the event goes on, and having fun with all the activities.
