Fire cleanout to studs

Posted previously but didn't include a proper description of the job, will try again. Looking for a cleanout of my house and yard after a fire. Everything in the house must go, I will have a drop box on site so there will be no need for you and your crew to do any hauling. Eventually going to deconstruct the house so looking to have the house cleaned out to the studs (removing drywall and insulation). Biggest items are refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. The only thing staying are any tools you may find and those can just be left in the bedroom behind the bathroom. Fire started in the shed so outside cleanup includes a lot of burnt stuff, maybe so really minor demo, but shed is mostly down. That's it, mostly just labor. It's a 1 story house, 916 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. House has been tested for asbestos/lead. If your crew can remove tub, sinks, toilet, cabinets and concrete countertops the rate increases by $1500 I'll be onsite at the beginning and throughout the day but won't be helping. Definitely not something one or two people can handle on their own. Preference for an established crew of guys with one person I can communicate with.
