Description

Found a black Schwinn sidewinder behind a dumpster. Brake lines have been cut, which makes it seem likely stolen. There is other damage to it, the rear tube is flat, the right shifter has lost its housing, the front breaks are missing, the handlebars are uncovered/unsealed. Reply with relevant information that can prove ownership and I can deliver it to you. Although considering the damage, it might be cheaper to replace outright.
