I am looking to adopt a special needs Chihuahua, blind, deaf or other special needs. I lost my little special needs Chihuahua 6 months ago to heart disease and cancer. if you have a special needs Chihuahua that you're needing to be home please let me know I don't mind driving a little bit either.
