Have you helped FLIP houses? Do you have experience in all sorts of home repairs AND that you can prove it? I am looking to repair an old condo in Chapel Hill that needs for example putting down linoleum in a small 7x8 kitchen, installing a stove and a small air conditioner, putting up several blinds of up to 6 ft in length, ceiling repair where there was a water leak and more jobs will come up definitely later. I will choose to tell you which job will be first completed later. So how many of those things I mentioned that you have experience in? I will give preference to those who can provide before AND after PHOTOS of work you can perform. (Sorry I have no photos, privacy reasons, etc. But you can take yourself later if we meet.) Also, I will absolutely need PHONE references for relevant jobs you have done IF it looks like you are more likely to be hired. If you have been convicted of a felony you need to tell me prior to being hired. My tenant may possibly be home at times so I need to check on it. Do u have a CV or resume? Please send me if you have. Failure to provide as much of your background info as possible will mean it is unlikely I call you. Lastly, this is a ONE PERSON job. Will not hire two! I usually end up hiring those that charge by the hour. In my past experience, those that want to be paid for the job are too expensive. Also, in the past, I got the occasional person who ONLY wants to leave their name and phone number. They never get a call back without my above concerns addressed. I am a nice guy but I mean business.
