I have beats for sell/lease. A basic license is $19.99 which is a basic mp3 with tagged intro. A premium license includes a untagged mp3 and WAV file of the beat for $39.99. Prices on exclusive rights of a beat or custom beats can discussed. My mixing and mastering services are offered remotely. My flat rate price is $250 which includes one mixed and mastered song (up to 10 tracks), 2 revisions, and the song exported as mp3 and WAV file.
