Rehoming Thane - Medium Dog

I am looking to rehome my dog Thane. He is a sweet medium sized dog and we didn't make this decision lightly but he has become quite agressive towards anyone who visits my home, even if he has met them before and was fine with them. He lunged and snapped at my oldest who came home from college and he'd only been gone 4 months. We have tried for over a year to get him to stop and can't seem to break him of it and I am afraid he might hurt one of niece's or nephew's who visit us. He is potty trained, knows basic commands and can walk well on a leash, most of the time. He has been around cats his whole life and hasn't really been around many other dogs. He is crate trained and will come with his crate and his toy. We are not asking a rehoming fee since he will need to be fixed. I would not recommend him being around small children. I think he just needs someone who has more time then we do to give him. His mother was half chihuahua and half pug and his dad was a heeler mix. Email me for more information.
