Description
PT, 30 hrs/wk, condo community in Westchase/Citrus Pk. area. 95% outdoor work. Primary duties are daily policing of the property - emptying trash, servicing doggie stations, cleaning/servicing outdoor restrooms, picking up palm fronds, etc. Secondary duties are pressure washing sidewalks & buildings, assisting Maintenance Tech with minor repairs, painting and other handyman work. Experience in construction trades helpful. Golf cart, equipment, PPE & supplies provided. Truck w/ trailer hitch a plus but not required (work mileage paid). Ability to climb up to two stories on ladders, operate pressure washer & related machinery, lifting up to 80 lbs. Must pass drug screening (pre-empl. & random) & criminal history search. Can lead to more hours depending on need, vacations, etc. Monday, Thurs, Fri. and mornings Sat, Sun & holidays. Great for students, semi-retired or retired military.
