AKC Registered 17-Month-Old Female GSD

We have a 17-month-old, female, GSD. Our landlords of over 20 years now recently informed us that they're selling our rental home! After searching relentlessly, it's apparent that no one seems to want to rent to tenants with a large breed dog! As heartbreaking as it will be, we are going to need to rehome her! She is AKC registered, she's been spayed, with tummy tuck surgery, as well. She's currently UTD on all vaccinations! We have her full Veterinary records available! She's a high energy GSD! Although she's never bitten our cat, she doesn't seem to be a fan of cats! We don't know how she is with other dogs, as she's our only dog! There will be a reasonable rehoming fee, as we must ensure that she goes to a good/permanent home! Experience with the GSD breed is a plus! Established Veterinary care is a plus!
