Found female dog with missing left eye in Sweetbriar

This cutie followed us home around 11:30 this evening. No collar, female, brindle/brown and white coloring + missing left eye. Hoping to find her owner (if she is missed) so please let me know if you recognize her at all! She is so so sweet but very shy and appears to have several (somewhat minor) wounds in various places. She is extremely clumsy - as if the missing eye is a relatively recent injury - and she struggled to walk up a small set of stairs we have leading into our home. She is safe and comfortable with us for the time being but hoping we can track down the owners or find a good forever home for her! I’ve posted on the majority of available platforms and plan to have her scanned for a chip asap. Will update this post if I have any further info. Thank you!!
