Please join us for our annual Dia de los Muertos Ancestral Celebration on November 2, 2022 @2pm at the Morada Way Arts and Cultural District. Festivities kick off starting at 2pm thru 5pm with the Sugar Skull Station. The Sugar Skull Station Activity is $5 per person and registration is required for each person. There is no drop of service and all children must be accompanied by an adult. At 6 pm Ameyal Mexican Folklore Ensemble will take the stage with exquisite costumes and multi generational performers for an experience of many genres of Mexican Folk Dance and Music, emphasizing the roots of Afro Mexican Culture. This is a free event for youth and families! La Cultura Our Dia de los Muertos ancestral celebration shares the rich traditions of Afro Indigenous Culture. These oral traditions bring together Afro Indigenous communities and the community at large in authentic engagement through stage presentation and workshop activities for families.
