balance & brews® is back, supporting your wellness + your hometown! here's why you should join us: our goal with every event is to offer you resources to tap into your capacity as a strong, resilient human being — on and off the mat. and we do this in a really, really fun and really, really accessible way. plan to bring a standard-size yoga or fitness mat + water bottle for a functional movement flow that will incorporate plenty of options to ramp up or chill out, so you can find your perfect balance of work + play. this event is open to all levels of fitness/yoga practitioners. any required props will be available to borrow. all current covid-19 requirements and best practices will be followed– if necessary, updates will be posted closer to event date. for inclement weather, we'll move into the brewhouse. questions? email melissa at [email protected] more about balance and brews®
