Join Jackie once again for a relaxing Saturday mindful movement practice. Check out Bodywork Culture on Facebook or Instagram for real time updates. We'll practice on the sand in an alcove east of the Euclid Beach Pier & west of Wildwood beach. If it's sunny, we practice, even if it's chilly! If it's actively raining or if it is too washed out, we re-group the next week! See you on the sand!
