What to Expect: We'll stroll through the park on a mostly paved surface and stop along the trail for meditation and connection with nature. Then we'll roll out our mats for pranayama (breathwork), yoga asana, and journaling.
Check-in: Check in will begin at 6:05am and we will promptly begin at 6:15am.
Parking/Where to Meet Up: Park on Reservoir Avenue and we'll meet outside of Lamberton Conservatory.
What to Bring: Journal, pen, yoga mat (and way to carry it such as a strap or in your backpack), water, bug spray, comfortable layered clothing/shoes appropriate for hiking/walking. (Keep weather/temperature in mind!) Clothing note: we'll be sitting on logs/rocks so be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting possibly dirty.
