After Amy Turner is mowed down by a pickup truck, she struggles to heal, a process that forces her to confront a childhood trauma she thought she’d resolved long ago: the morning her father climbed onto the fifty-foot-high ledge outside his hotel window and threatened to jump, an event that made national news.
AMY TURNER holds a degree in political science from Boston University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. After practicing law for twenty-two years, she changed careers at forty-eight and became a seventh grade social studies teacher. She lives in East Hampton, New York, with her husband, Ed.
