Hello! I am closing on a house next week and I am looking for skilled professionals to do a few jobs. Electrical: I would like to have some recessed lights installed throughout the kitchen and dining room. I would also like some lighting installed on stairway. Drywall repair not needed. Windows: I need 3 skylights replaced. I would like to use the velux brand that open by remote and have shades. Also need new windows throughout house if priced right. New kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Metal roof. New siding. Would like farmhouse style. Epoxy floor in basement. New flooring throughout main living space.
