please help stray kittens just need to be fed

2 stray kittens. Starving. We were feeding them but were told it's a lease violation and if we feed them we take ownership and must pay pet deposits and pet fees. I have been watching them starve everyday. I can't risk losing my apartment. If you can take them and just feed them. You don't have to bring them inside. Called Animal services but they won't take them. I have half a case of cat food. I can buy you another case. Need your help please.
