Rion, LLC will provide on-the-jobsite training • Requirement to have valid driver’s license • Criminal background check and drug screening maybe performed at Rion, LLC’s discretion • Ability to provide and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with team members and while on the jobsite with customers • Ability to demonstrate excellent and positive communication skills with team members • Speak to customers with professionalism • Maintain professional appearance • Lead with a positive attitude • Apply all safety regulations per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) General Laborer Responsibilities: • Ability to work with power tools and basic manual equipment as needed • Must be able to lift and carry 80-100 pounds and flexible to work in tight spaces • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite environment • Basement Waterproofing o Responsible for laying plastic or paper on all floor surfaces o Set up tools for the foreman/supervisor and place them at the worksite o Cleaning trench, bucketing, and hauling out debris o Weep holes o Hauling gravel o Setting up hydro and concrete o Laying down drain tile o Hauling beams in o Mixing concrete o Clean up • Egress Window Installation o Responsible for laying plywood and plastic. Cover all floor surfaces with plastic or paper o All yard grass or dirt piles must lay plywood down. Sidewalk and concrete triple plywood o Set up tools for the foreman/supervisor and place them at the worksite o Cut wood for the widow o Responsible for the tar membrane and calking outside the window o Help with supporting the window o Responsible for digging the hole for the drain o Help set the well and backfill with dirt o Clean up General Labor Working Conditions: • Work in weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow • Frequently work around fumes, dust, seasonal pollens, chemicals, and construction equipment Hours and Schedule: • 6:00 AM Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday • Potential Part-time or full-time positions available
