Elliott is a spunky, fun-loving 8-week-old tuxedo kitten who is ready for his forever home! He was one of a litter of two rejected from their colony for being males, & being sick, at 3 weeks old. Their mother (the most tame of the colony whose trust I have carefully gained over the last year) brought them to my house & left them. They were nursed and vetted & turned out strong & healthy. Elliott's brother moved out to live with his forever family last week, but Elliott still waits. Elliott is spunky and energetic, and prefers to play together rather than be handled. His current favorite toy is a pipe cleaner rolled into a ball shape, and he can't resist a good sock to wrestle. He needs to be the only male cat in the home, but he is indifferent toward my female cat and loves playing with my female dogs. He gets quite zoomy! I have a six year old child & Elliott will very happily play with him chasing toys, but he does not like to be manhandled. He will come snuggle when he chooses to, usually when he is sleepy. He would do best with older children who can understand respect for his space, or adults only. Elliott is a true delight who deserves to grow up in a loving home. He will come with his first vaccines and a voucher for a free neuter, as well as food to get you started. He is free-feeding on dry kitten kibble throughout the day with morning and evening meals of canned kitten pate. Vet reference and pre-adoption visit are required. Rehoming fee applies.
