Bakersfield escape the heat and come for the hilarity as we present National Headliner Cat Alvarado Bio: In her stand up, award winning comedian, Cat Alvarado tells her hilarious and heartwarming coming of age story. As a half white, half Latin kid, she had a hard time fittingin, until she started going to church. Church was her identity, and she even got marriedat 19. But when things went South, and her marriage ended (at 22) Cat embarked on aquest to find her identity and sense of belonging all on her own. Cat Alvarado premiered her new hour at the 2022 Hollywood Fringe Festival to rave reviews and won a coveted Producer’s Encore Award. She also was a featured comedian at 2022 The Great American Comedy Festival. Cat was featured on Buzzfeed's Tasty channel, and was on the PBS show First Nations Comedy Experience.
