Host Cynthia Newland is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition and loves to share both the education about the benefits of increased plant nutrition in our daily diets as well as preparing an array of plant-based dishes. This event is in partnership with Northshore Speciality Coffee, Just Vanilla Bake Shop, Oops All Vegan and Tasty Tate. The menu includes a selection of various savory satisfying dishes as well as some scrumptious desserts. The wellness talk will focus on tips for meal preparations and ways to fuel your body for regenerative rest and sleep.
