We are a well established Electrical Contractor located in Central Oregon since 1973. We specialize in a variety of work to include all aspects of low voltage systems, design/build, healthcare, traffic and highway, airports, pharmaceutical, higher education and learning, semiconductor manufacturing and much more. You will be in charge of the following job duties. - Work closely with Operations Manager and Purchasing agent to coordinate materials being delivered to warehouse from vendors. - Oversee warehouse personnel assuring everyone is performing their assigned duties. - Assist in unloading and receiving deliveries by hand or with forklift. - Issuing purchase orders when purchasing manager isn't available - Perform daily forklift inspections. - Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse/storage yard. - Maintaining tool tracking system of over 1300 tools. - Preforms fleet management responsibilities. - Approve invoices from vendors for shop supplies, truck maintenance, etc. - Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred. - Knowledge of electrical material is a plus but not required. - Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Send resume/cover letter to [email protected] Or stop by 850 NE 1st Street in Bend for an application or call Phone number 541-389-5424
