Join friends and neighbors for the Birchwood Neighborhood 5K & more! After a two-year hiatus, we're back for our 5th annual event. There's something for every age: a 5K and 1-mile run/walk for adults & youth, and kids' dash for the little ones. T-shirts too! Lunch will be available at the park after the race. The fee is $10 and includes a Birchwood-themed t-shirt. If you'd like to participate but don't want a shirt, it's free! Maximum family cost $40, no matter how many family members. Schedule of Events: 10:00-10:45 am - Sign-in, T-shirts, coffee, pre-walk/run socializing 11:00 am - Kids' 100 Yard Dash & awards for all 11:15 am - 5K start 11:45 pm - 1 mile start 12-2pm - Lunch for sale If cost is a burden, please let us know. We can cover the registration/t-shirt fee for individuals and families who otherwise could or would not participate. We're also looking for volunteers.
