We will utilize breath and meditation to access deeper levels within the subconscious for maximum restoration as we open up the energy channels in the body through acupuncture. Bask in the resonant frequencies of Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, Gong, Tuning Forks and other therapeutic sounds. What is Sound Meditation? The practice of using a variety of therapeutic sounds, breath work, and guided visualizations while seated or lying down to improve your physical health and emotional wellbeing. What is Acupuncture? Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.
