Anger management and self control in my own experience is the best, most beneficial things you could learn to master. So I created a safer space to learn and talk about these two main focuses. This Circle will be focus directly on YOU as a individual. Anger management is usually how you react to disrespect we will talk in groups and learn strategies to help us thru difficult times. Self control starts with yourself so the more we learn about controlling our self and not others the better off you'll be its up to YOU to make the right decisions.
