I can offer you pay at 20$ an hour WITH paid time off. Which means for every 40 hours you work you get one hour to us towards this I can offer a paid day on birthdays this means on your birthday you get paid to take the day off And more importantly one week paid vacation after one year of working with me I care about your mental health and I care that your happy.
