This is my initial post for my new running group. I will be running around and out of the city anywhere I am 4 days a week. If you are up to get out and join me or have any questions, just let me know. Bernd says in this video..."What better way to get experience in nature, then be out in nature? You have to be out. You can't just get it from a book and you can't become a runner by reading running magazines." I say we can't do it by watching youtube videos either! The video is full of great lines. Very inspiring. Especially the end. Get going. Peace out
