Couple need space to park rv

Hi, looking for a local parking space for an Rv/yurt, ideally would like to pay for parking/ space on land to call home for maybe 3 or 4 years....we can trade/barter as well as I have cooking and CNA experience, and He who can offer landscaping. Couple in 30s who have jobs in the hampden County area and would like to try to remain out here. Ideally a space in Granby,Southampton, westhampton or Easthampton would be perfect. We will not be using the home at all. Just need electricity accommodations if possible. The price to be able to just use a piece of land would be 300 a month plus a fair calculation of electricity. This will give us the ability to save and get off your land as soon as possible, but also help you financially during the mean time. We have remained faithful tenants in the holyoke city while we attended college, but we want to make different moves, after investing close to 100k in an apartment, the rent increase is motivating us to make different moves and we would like to eventually escape the never endless pit of renting. We thought that maybe we can try to get an Rv, and then after the rv is close to being paid off, we buy land where we should have enough to pay for a down payment on house or accessory dwelling unit or have enough for land to accomodate our plans. Our credit is at a good rate, we want to hold off from buying a house right now, the houses do not seem affordable, so we are hoping the price will go down. His family lives in CT, and my family lives in newhampshire. We could go out there but really enjoy the western mass area and our careers.
