Looking for members for grunge tribute project

I am a bassist and vocalist (backing vocals) with 30+ years experience and I am looking for a lead guitarist and lead vocalist in the West Allis/West Milwaukee/Metro Milwaukee area to start a grunge tribute project. The bands I would like to cover include: Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Stone Temple Pilots as well as other popular 90's grunge/alternative acts. Ultimately I would like to see this project be viable to play local bars and festivals, State Fair and even Summerfest (thinking big, but it will take lots of hard work and dedication!!). The biggest challenge will be to find a charismatic and powerful lead vocalist with amazing vocal abilities who loves the limelight and who can emulate these amazing singers (think Layne Staley, Eddie Vedder and the others), and guitar aficionados/gear heads who have a passion for this genre and the ability and sound/effects to actually pull this off.
