Part-time Kennel Assistant and Yard Maintenance $11-$12/hr Part-time kennel assistant and grounds maintenance needed. Must be good with large dogs and willing to do whatever is needed: Clean kennel barn, pooper scoop yards, bathe and groom dogs, give medications, mow lawn, weed-eat, trim hedges, minor repairs, etc. Kennel experience preferred, but you must also be able to do yard work; must be willing and able to do both. Permanent part-time: Please do not apply if you are looking for full-time, summer employment, or temporary work until you can find a permanent position. Need someone who is absolutely dependable, honest, and can work independently: You will be the only employee for a senior age couple in a small internationally known show/breeding kennel (8-10 dogs). Tues and Fridays preferred, 7:00-4:00 but days/hours are flexible. $11-$12/hr depending on experience, paid in cash daily, with raise after 6 months. Very occasional overnight stay when owners are out of town and you must be available to do this. Opportunity to learn dog showing and travel to shows if that is something you are interested in, but not required. Great, low pressure/no pressure job for the right person who is conscientious and takes pride in their work!
