Solo guitarist looking for shared rehearsal space

I'm a guitarist looking to share a practice space with others in the Hawthorne area or reasonably close. One week night between 5pm-9pm and one weekend morning/afternoon for 2-3 hours at a time is all I need at the moment. Would like to keep at least my cab there (4x12 Marshall) and preferably the whole rig (head, guitar in case, pedal board). I play LOUD (think Godflesh / Sumac / Swans / MBV ) and sometimes with a drum machine through a smaller bass combo. In my 40s, professional, respectful, flexible, and easy to deal with.
