Pure Ozark youth camp needs supplies

We are having our 2nd King's Daughters retreat Aug. 12-14. Our goal is to help refresh youth with Pure Fun, Pure Food, and Pure Bible. Enjoy nature, horses, crafts and inspiring teaching. If anyone has tents to donate - or sale at a good price - any size - but a really large meeting tent would be great. Also: Any type of outside stage. Horse and pony tack, halters, etc., Folding chairs! Any help greatly appreciated.
