We are currently seeking a full time on-site Pool Technician/ Carpet Technician, who is hard working, go the extra mile individual with a passion for great workmanship. Preferably a candidate who has a CPO (certified pool operator), and willing to learn carpet cleaning, and flooring repair. If not a carpet tech with experience and open to becoming pool certified operator. All positions require basic tools and work vehicle to get around community. We will provide all supplies that pertain to job description to complete task for our apartments and community. Benefits include forty hours a week, discount on an apartment home, paid holidays and option for medical and dental insurance after ninety days of employment. Forty hours of vacation is available after one year of employment in addition to working with an overall amazing crew/team.
