door knocker / appointment setter needed

We are a real estate company looking to hire door knockers / appointment setters in the Vegas area. Someone to knock doors and get in touch with the homeowner or leave a card if they aren't home with our information. You don't need to have real estate experience. Must be good at building rapport, extroverted, and friendly. Must have your own car. Would be ideal if you have a sales background. But not required. Will pay per door knocked and per lead generated. Ideally should be available from 3-7pm Tuesday-Saturday. We will give you a list of homes (we have 3k in LV) to knock on and pay $1/door and $30/lead generated + bonuses
