We're looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join our team! Full-time, year-round schedule, 5 days per week (Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 5pm) To apply, please contact us at [email protected] with your resume or job history. Boatyard + Dock responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Sailboat maintenance, repairs, cleaning, washing, waxing, detailing, bottom painting Winter storage and spring launching, shrink-wrap removal Sailboat rigging/derigging and mast stepping/unstepping Mooring maintenance (installation, hauling anchor chain, painting) Upkeep & maintenance of boat yard, dock, and facilities Candidates should have: Commitment to excellent customer service & willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is not required, but sailboat and/or mechanical experience is a plus! Must be interested and eager to learn, and we will provide on-the-job training.
