I’m looking for someone who can repair a 1999 Johnson 150HP outboard. I took it out on the water. At first it was only going about 10MPH at full. Then when I was coming back, it cut off and kept doing so like it was running out of gas. I found out later that 2 of the spark plugs weren’t wired up. After putting it back in, its still spewing out white smoke and cutting off. I was told I may have just pulled the spark plugs when I took the top off and that it’s a pump issue. But I’m not sure. I’ve tried replacing the spark plugs, checked compression, checked spark. I just give up and need help
