Yes folks It's that time again for the second annual Chicagoland cabbage boil classic. I hosted/created this event last year and it was beyond a total success. What: An old fashioned cabbage boil When: Saturday, August 13th, 4pm-8pm Bring: large pot, cabbage of your choice and an appetite. I cannot stress this enough, you must bring cabbage to be allowed in. No less than 4 pots of cabbage going at one time. Will need an assistant boil master to take over for me when I get too hot, and believe me it will get hot. That being said, please wear appropriate attire. It is a small apartment that will be full of steam for no less than 4 hours. Also please DO NOT bring potato salad. This is all about cabbage. And no hanging outside. Don’t want to disturb the neighbors or have someone call the police department. Please RSVP because it’s a 600sq ft apartment.
