Close to Nile and Alameda. I'm looking looking for bids to install, float and texture approximately 96 sheets of 4 by 12 sheetrock. Your work must be clean, precise from top to bottom. I don't want to hear that the mud will cover it up. My client is a cool guy but he already ran off 2 subs that were just milking it and did sloppy work. I supply all materials, you supply labor and your own tools. There are 3 vaulted ceilings but they are low. 10 ft and 11 ft tall. Not a difficult job. I want the ceilings started first. Alot of guys start at the bottom and there's a big gap when they install the ceiling and I will not go for sloppy work. Accepting bids, job starts this Tuesday or Wednesday. I pay by percent completion of Friday. If you need a cash advance at the end of the day, it shouldn't be a problem so long as you do good work with productivity. Must be very experienced. If your not, we will know. My client used to have a remodeling business. Feel free to price the job from start to finish or just hanging the drywall.
