Need someone with a strong back but landscaping knowledge appreciated

The gig is more physical labor than landscaping design. I need someone to remove some stupid white rocks (picture with tree). Then move the wooden planters in a line in front of the fence. Then move dirt using shovel and wheel barrel from the front of house to back yard and fill the planters. Then transfer the bamboo. Cleaning up dog poop is part the job. If time, weeding and mowing yard. I pay $20/hr cash and have up to 10 hours of work. Please be reliable. Would like to start early tomorrow but at least by 10am. You need to bring something to drink and gloves. Any knowledge of plants or landscaping appreciated.
