Description

1. Install sub flooring 3/4 inch plywood for 900 square feet. Install over old beams in great condition but needs minor leveling. 2. Build new staircase from first floor to basement with support beams. Need to cut into existing flooring and beams to add new staircase. Existing staircase will be eliminated. Email with experience level, photos and references. I will send you detailed floor plans and supply all materials.
