I need 1-2 RELIABLE Workers with General Knowledge of House Renovations to help me on a project in Crossville, TN for 2-months. There will be 1 week of light demo followed by plumbing, electric, sheetrock and insulation, minor carpentry, and window/door installation. I am willing to keep the right candidates on payroll for longer. I will start these folks at $15/hr and if they are reliable and decent at the work I will offer them a $2/hr raise after 10 consecutive days showing up to work. The ideal candidates will have there own transportation and tools and will not look me in the eyes and say one thing and but do another. I pay cash every Friday.
