Yes, i need someone who hopefully is proficient with all three skill sets. I'm de-installing a gas boiler, and there was some demo' work involved (mostly accomplished) to extract the vent & exhaust, so this is about repairing the different wall-types, both interior (drywall & plaster), and exterior (stucco). 'Can do a video chat with you to show you the project, share measurements, etc.. Whatever sort of video chat works for you is probably fine for me, but i'm not likely to invite you up just to look, unless... Bonus (!) pay for someone who's able to get to my job site without driving a fossil-fueled vehicle. My regular handy-guy rides a bike and carries all his tools with him! My hero! But he's not into this kinda stuff. 'Realize not many people are really very "capable" with getting around w/o fossil fuel. Damn! We're just off Lee Hill Dr, at only 6000'... 'not a bad bike ride at all. We'll either agree to a bid for the job, or a reasonable hourly rate. TBD. 'Guessing this is just a couple-three-four hours for the right person. Maybe only 90 minutes for a good team of 2 (??). TBEstimated. You are detail oriented & efficient. You can provide references (not just yet). You are fully jabbed & booster'd for CoVID. You speak good English so we can negotiate well. You don't wear smelly cologne, deodorant, or perfume ('have a sensitivity to chem's / smells). I can provide materials on-site, with your help specifying needs. Maybe tools too. TBD. What else? Karl
