Our locally owned company is in search of an individual, or team, that has experience with asphalt shingles roofs. Are you driven to help others and provide value? Do you consider yourself presentable and good with people? Can you properly identify leak sources? Outline the scope of necessary repairs? Accurately price materials needed? Transport materials? MOST IMPORTANTLY -- Can you perform the repairs to fix the leak THE RIGHT WAY, THE FIRST TIME!?! >>> WE ARE NOT looking for someone who cuts corners, won't stand by their work, is unreliable, does not communicate effectively (via written and verbal methods). <<< WE DO WANT someone who is motivated, honest and looking to maximize their earning potential. Compensation is negotiable, depending upon verifiable experience (past clients / employer / pictures of past work). This position has an opportunity to grow into a project management role, overseeing other repair specialists as we expand.
