Description
How about some Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Soul, Rock, maybe a few slices of Country funk too if it’s not too tacky? Whatever music gets people charged up and having fun works best.
I can spot lead (and rhythm) electric and/or acoustic guitar, also bass, mandolin, blues harp, also some lead vocals and vocal harmony, help with basic arrangements. Positive vintage stage persona, ready to roll, years of experience, pro gear thrown in for good measure, know how to keep it fun and interesting.
Hopefully your Band or project has a positive audience friendly presentation/orientation and one that is not just stuck on repeating same-old-same-old worn out rudimentary covers. Some standards ok of course but strict diet of "Oldies" just isn't palatable. Interesting covers, well travelled or not, done in an interesting way? Great. Add a smattering of original grooves or tunes thrown in for good measure and you might just put on the kind of show people notice and remember.
Successfully retired so have the time and energy to help get things rolling again.
