Giant Dinosaurs at the Illinois State Fair Join our team and work with Giant Dinosaurs! OPERATIONS Associate (Temporary Position- August 9 – August 21) Essential Job Duties • Greet guests, scanning tickets, and providing exhibit information • Provide sales recommendation of products based on guest needs • Operate cash register for all guest transactions and balancing of drawer • Regulating guests flow of exhibit • General exhibit maintenance, including cleanliness and safety • Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with guests and team members • Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures • Help maintain a clean exhibit environment • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance. • Basic math and computer skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong task and time management abilities. Physical Demands & Work Environment • Must be able to lift or carry 25 pounds. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and evenings. • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, inclement weather, cold, etc
