Suspect is an asian female, early 20's literally caught on camera stealing a 1950's silver Sarah Coventry ring with a very identifiable square cut ruby at 9:17 a.m.in front of speaking volumes on pine St. The suspects picture will be released to the public if the ring isn't returned today.
