Maintenance wanted 20-30 hours a week $30 an hour

Hello, We run a short term rental management company and have around 32 apartments in Boston, east boston, and watertown. We're looking for someone to work 20 hours a week at $30/hour. You will get paid for 20 hours every week even if the work is less than 20 hours. If the work is more than 20 hours then you will get paid for the additional hours as well. I'm sure the first 1-2 months you will top around 30 hours a week because we're backed up. What we're looking for: 1 - You must have maintenance experience and be handy. Things do break in the apartment like furniture, door handles, blinds, curtains..etc and we will need someone to replace/fix things. 2 - you must have some painting experience. Sometimes we need to paint something here and there. 3 - You must be good with technology. You will have access to our systems to check your tasks, unit availabilities..etc. 4 - You must have a car. We will reimburse for parking/gas but. 5 - You must be reliable. Reliability is extremely important for us. How will your day look like: - You will login to our system to access the calendar to see who's checking out that day. - You will check another maintenance for the tasks on the units that have checkouts. - You will have to try to complete those tasks while the apartment is available. - If it's an urgent task then it doesn't matter if the unit is occupied or not, you will need to try to complete it. - You will have to communicate with us via Slack app to coordinate some things.
