in need of breast pump/baby supplies

I have just recently given birth, and my baby is still in the hospital. I’m 21, in college, and unemployment at the moment, so gathering/buying everything I need for my baby has been extremely difficult. If anyone is able to help with any type of supplies/advice, it would be gratefully appreciated and going to a beautiful baby. I’m also desperately looking for an infant car seat.
