Class description: Designed to make Yoga easy, gentle and accessible to all. Focuses on balanced development of strength, stamina and flexibility along with deep relaxation. Features therapeutic applications of Yoga that help in prevention and effective management of anxiety and depression etc. No previous Yoga experience is required. The class can be gentle or challenging depending upon your capacity. It is a good opportunity to practice Yoga in a non-competitive environment. When: 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
